Back by popular demand, Chef Michael Cimarusti presents the next in our ongoing series of cooking classes, Finfish 102. Chef Cimarusti will dispense his wisdom on methods of how to select, prepare and cook finfish. Presented in the kitchen at Providence, Michael will compose three different fish preparations for you to taste with printed recipes to try at home. The finfish 101 class was one of the most popular in our series of previous cooking classes. While this class will again cover the basics of preparation, Michael will be demonstrating all new recipes for this class. We'll also offer wine suggestions to taste with each dish (must be 21 or older).
